The friendly staff helped me carry my bags directly to my room, what a help! The breakfast was yummy and filling, such a treat. The location was superb, very close to where I needed to be that night. I did sleep soundly. It is rare for me in hotels!
The bar was closed when I wanted a drink, so I went across the street.

I noticed the building is a converted water mill, the river runs right by. The rooms open onto the car park in a motel style, a very cool layout. Two pubs are across the road. That's convenient.

I saw staff personally show guests to their rooms, a special touch. Ali seemed super pleasant and helpful too. I also found the staff professional. They always solved any problem.

the location was convenient everything i needed was nearby. the staff was helpful especially ali who was pleasant. the accommodation offered great value with easy access to various places by car.
the room had a strong smell of sulphur in the bathroom it was unpleasant. chocolates were on the floor so the carpet hadn't been hoovered thoroughly. the shower pressure was poor making it hard to rinse shampoo.

the hotel is located near a beautiful canal walk! it's also a half-hour walk to drift limits london motor circuit. a fishery inn is another lovely eatery option. i found the location convenient.
